It's been a while...

A few things have happened at The Cliffs since our last Blog. We were extremely fortunate to be able to purchase The Cliffs from the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart in February of this year and make it our permanent home. We have ideas of what we would like to do to upgrade the cabins, the land and eventually our house - all in good time.

We have started some major bush regeneration as you will notice if you are a regular. We hope to bring the bush to the west of the house back to its natural/local indigenous form. The Labyrinth is part of this land and is still available for walking in - through some wire erected to protect the new plants from rabbits/possums/wallabies etc. We will progressively partition sections off and replant as we go. If you fancy getting your hands dirty on retreat and doing some weeding please let us know!

Clare has finished up in her role at Heart of Life and will be offering guided retreats and professional supervision at the Cliffs in 2025. Carmel will continue to offer spiritual direction for those who wish to take up that offer.

Our prices have stayed constant since before we started in 2020. However, due to increasing costs, we have decided to raise our nightly rate in 2025. If you book for 2025 before our annual closure on 1st December, you can secure your stay at the current rates. You may wish to plan ahead and make your reservations early.

We look forward to seeing you back at The Cliffs soon.

Artie and Clare
